Sports & Health

Curriculum rationale

“Winning… starts with complete command of the fundamentals. Then it takes desire, determination, discipline, and self-sacrifice. And finally, it takes a great deal of love, fairness and respect for your fellow man. Put all these together, and even if you don't win, how can you lose?”
Jesse Owens

In sports and health, we inspire students to participate in a diverse sporting curriculum which develops skills and expertise. We recognise the importance of a positive relationship between students' physical, social and mental health, alongside the thrill of competition. We empower students to be well-rounded and confident individuals who foster a lifelong passion for physical activity, and to be able to demonstrate respect, cooperation and resilience.
